If you are not completely satisfied with the photographs, we will either come back and shoot again, or you can send the photos back and I will refund your money. And with our Premium Pro Photo packages, we take this one step further. Book a Premium Pro Photo shoot, if you or your sellers are not completely satisfied with our images and if we can’t correct them by changing or reshooting – we will pay for one of our competitors to photograph the home! (up to the same dollar value as the package ordered with KeyPhotos) That’s right – we are so confident that we will deliver the images you are looking for that we will pay someone else to shoot the home if we don’t get it right! The guarantee I offer to you here is entirely unconditional. If for any reason you don’t like the images and we can’t correct them, you don’t pay one single cent. Simple as that.
What is your geographical service area?
We are base in Derby and we cover Derbyshire area.
Can you meet on site to see and discuss the project beforehand?
Absolutely, in fact I encourage it- especially on larger projects. While I have shown up to a number of projects site unseen and produced top quality imagery that has exceeded the client’s needs, I always like to have a chance to view and discuss the the project before the shoot date. This allows me to walk through and develop a “shot list” with the client and make appropriate notes regarding optimum time of day, styling/staging considerations, whether I need to hire an assistant for the day of the shoot, etc…
How do you deliver images?
I deliver images electronically in two sets: one set resized to optimum web standards ready to upload and use immediately. The second set of images are delivered optimized for print use in a separate folder. Files are labeled accordingly so there isn’t any confusion as to which is what. It’s a simple, fast, and amazingly easy system. If you have a specific file format/size requirement after the initial delivery you can email or call and I can get that file to you the same day.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
No, We can make arrangements to be onsite with agents or property owners present. As long as we can get access to site, we can get the job done.
Do you stage properties?
We specialize in high quality photography and visual marketing services. We might slightly move objects around the house in order to have a better photos but we ask that properties be “ photo ready “ when we arrive. Please have a look at checklist below to know how to prepare your property before we arrive.
How do I pay for the images?
We will request payment information at the time of scheduling and will charge your card before sending your images. We will include a PDF paid in full invoice in the download for your records.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
I understand how dynamic the real estate industry is and things can change in an instant! However, I respectfully ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule photo shoots. Within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee of £40 will be assessed. If I arrive at the property to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the property), the same £40 cancellation fee will be assessed. I do not foresee any reason to assess fees as communication between us will be open and current.
Rescheduling Due To Weather
Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining. If rain or snow is present, we can shoot the interior as the seller has probably put a lot of hard work into getting it ready for the scheduled shoot. I will then return for exterior photos at the earliest day possible where the weather cooperates. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to my next available appointment. (No reschedule fees will be assessed for inclement weather.)
